1. About Sunciety

Sunciety LLC is a creative studio registered in the state of Delaware, offering social media management, branding, web design, and event services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any services you purchase or inquire about.

2. Services

Sunciety offers creative services including but not limited to social media strategy and management, branding, web design, and event production. All service scopes are confirmed in writing via a signed proposal or statement of work before work begins. Sunciety reserves the right to decline any project at our discretion.

3. Payments

All pricing is custom-scoped and provided via proposal. A deposit is required before work begins. The deposit amount will be outlined in your project agreement. Remaining balances are due upon project completion or as outlined in your payment schedule. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in a pause in work until the balance is settled.

4. Physical Products

For any physical products sold through the Sunciety website: All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shannon@sunciety.com with a photo and your order details. Sunciety is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by Sunciety — including designs, copy, graphics, and strategy — remains the intellectual property of Sunciety until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the project agreement. Sunciety retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary assets (logos, photos, copy) to keep projects on schedule. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and are not the responsibility of Sunciety.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sunciety is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service or product.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Sunciety may use third-party tools and platforms (such as Squarespace, Canva, Meta, and others) to deliver services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by those platforms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Delaware.
